Sam Ezell

composer
MUSICIAN
DREAMER

Her newest works can be listened to here!

Growing up in a small midwestern city in Ohio, Sam Ezell spent her childhood reading books, learning to play the cello, singing, and playing in the backyard with mulberry-stained hands and feet. Fortunate enough to live in a public school district with a robust music program, she participated in orchestra and choir from middle school through college and gained a deep love of music.
It was in college that she found her passion for music theory and composition, and at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama she earned her undergraduate degree in 2018.
Sam loves writing whimsical, odd, beautiful music that makes you feel like you are taking a breath of fresh air. Her compositional style reaches from sacred choral music to eccentric indie games to YouTuber intros and outros. To learn more about Sam, check the About tab!
